Jet Lag
It is amazing how flying cross-country can drain you. All you do is sit on your butt for hours and then maybe walk from one terminal to another. Total calories burned: maybe 100. Yet at the end of the trip, you are totally wiped out. Why is that?

Yes, so true! Travel is exhausting. I'm glad you made it home okay. Welcome back!

We hear you! We flew home yesterday from Miami, and we are wiped too. The connecting flight thing...only we take up four seats. We do the trick where we book window and aisle in two rows, one in front of the other, and hope that no one books the middle seats, so we can get extra room. If someone does book the middle, we switch with them (who wouldn't want an aisle or window instead of a middle seat separating a parent from child?).
